Fixed the mane on the Lion.

I was making the mane more mechanical and decided I didn't like the direction it was going. I reversed my course and went with a sculpted look. I think I like this better...it contrasts with the mechanical body in a way I like.

The Lion is actually in it's final pose. I threw on some basic color to make him stand out abit.... the human figure who will accompany comes next.

I am thinking of resculpting the mane...making it look more like sculpted metal than the mechanical structure it has now....

I've finished the Leo figure, the mane is missing since it'll be easier to sculpt it when the Lion is actually in it's final pose. Once posed I'll touch it up and incorporate the human figure who will accompany the Lion on the Carousel box.

Posting some of the miniature and figurine models made for MKUltra

Since August I've finished a ton of work. Also, Hangar18 Miniatures & Kingmaker Games...which by the way has just opened their online store. Most of the miniatures and figurines are 3D sculpts I worked on based on concept art...I recorded the progression videos for some of this which I'll post sometime later on my Youtube channel.  

These were the last set I did for this particular company....never got completely paid either. Models contracted by MKUltra, end use client wasn't revealed to me.

Steam Punk Zodiac Carousel Digital Sculpt "Virgo"

 I've placed the mechanical unicorn in it's place along with the lady in the finished carousel for the Steampunk Zodiac set.
The model is has been remeshed since being sculpted in Zbrush and separated for output, casting and to be cold cast in bronze.
The next piece will likely be Leo.

Once I finish and have this prototyped I'll start getting the kickstarter ready to get the rest of the series made. I keep more updates on my kickstarter than I do on deviant...

I finished the 3D sculpture for the mechanical structure and initial pose of the Clockwork/Steampunk Unicorn that will go into the Zodiac Carousel piece that will be Virgo.

Some basic textures and rendering of the Clockwork/Steampunk Unicorn that will go into the Virgo Zodiac Carousel. It still needs some tweaking for the final pose, the victorian-esque lady on the back and the flames.

I just finished the first of the Steampunk Zodiac Carousel series....Scorpio.
Now that the model is sculpted and ready for casting, I have to get it mastered or prototyped and cold cast into bronze and pewter. I have a turntable animation that you can check out here....youtube

The first in a series of a fantasy Werewolf warrior model.
I just barely started working on a Demon type design but the contract was put on hold for later.
